Anne Marshall – Account Manager Anne has worked for Smith Feutrill and predecessor firms for twelve years with specialties in running reception, support to the Accountants, bookkeeping and proactively running all things efficiently. Anne has recently joined the Real Estate Services Team and is enjoying the challenges of the team. |

Grace Ortika – Trainee Administrator Grace joined Smith Feutrill as a trainee administrator after graduating from Siena College and studying Liberal Arts & Multimedia. Grace, as her name suggests, gets the job done with grace and ease and is developing her bookkeeping skills in the Real Estate Services Team. |

Jan Lock – Real Estate Services Team Manager Having worked in the real estate industry for 15 years Jan joined the firm five years ago as an account manager. Jan now manages the Real Estate division of Smith Feutrill. |

Kathryn English – Account Manager Kathryn has recently joined Smith Feutrill as an Account Manager in the Real Estate Services Team. Having been a small business owner and operator for nine years, Kathryn understands the importance of well run financial and accounting information to ensure successful business operations and management of compliance requirements. Kathryn’s past experience also includes bookkeeping for a range of small to medium sized businesses, extensive customer service and administration roles. |

Ruth Martin – Account Manager After migrating from the Philippines five years ago, Ruth joined the Real Estate Services Division as a Team Coordinator. Two years ago, Ruth progressed to an Account Manager role. Ruth has continued to develop herself adding other ATO, State Revenue and Superannuation compliance work for our Real Estate clients. Ruth is currently studying a Diploma in Accounting. |
| Stacy Austin – Account Manager Stacy has clocked just shy of nine years experience working as an account manager with Real Estate Agents. Stacy joined the firm three years ago and performs various bookkeeping duties for the Real Estate Services Team and other clients as required. |
