With the escalation of the Coronavirus and the uncertainty we are all facing, we felt it important to reassure you that we expect limited, if any, interruption to the services that we provide you at this time.
BUSINESS AS USUAL
All of our staff commenced working from home from Monday last week and will continue to do so until further notice. We have invested heavily in the latest technologies over the past year which allows us to keep assisting you, even with our entire workforce working remotely.
The only restriction we currently have in place is face-to-face meetings in the interests of protecting the health of yourself and our staff members. If a visual meeting is required, we can readily do so remotely via technology applications including Zoom, Skype or Whats App.
OUR CLOUD/REMOTE SYSTEMS MEAN YOU CAN ALWAYS CONTACT US.
All members of our team have access to the technology systems and tools we use daily to assist our clients so please continue to liaise with us in the usual way.
If you:
– Call the Accountant/ Manager/ Partner’s direct work number, the call is automatically transferred to their mobile
– Call the main office number (03 9854-3200), the call is directed to our Receptionist who will transfer you to the appropriate account manager.
– Email us, we will attend to your email in the same way and time that we always have
– Want to meet with us, we can do so virtually using the technologies referred to above. If you need assistance setting up remote visual technology access, we can assist you with this.
STIMULUS PACKAGE – WE ARE HERE TO HELP!
With government actions and stimulus arrangements evolving daily, we will provide an update and further information on the latest Stimulus Package under separate cover shortly.
